Nehemiah Kebede is an Associate Scientist in Real-World Evidence & Data Analytics, located in OPEN Health’s Bethesda, MD office. His experience includes using SAS for quantitative data analysis, as well as developing study instruments for paper-based and electronic data collection.
Prior to joining OPEN Health, Nehemiah was as a research assistant in the Department of Epidemiology at Boston University School of Public Health, where he analyzed cohort data to explore the association between pre-pregnancy BMI and gestational weight gain with neurodevelopmental delays in offspring. Additionally, he has interned at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and research organizations in Ethiopia and Zambia. Nehemiah holds a BS degree in Biology and a BA in Human Health from Emory University, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology & Biostatistics, and Monitoring & Evaluation from Boston University.
