Ibrahim Diakite, PhD, is a Senior Scientist in Modeling & Meta-Analysis in Pharmerit’s Bethesda, MD office. Ibrahim is a mathematician and biostatistician with expertise in mathematical modeling for infectious diseases, Bayesian models, machine learning, and data analytics.
Prior to joining Pharmerit, Dr. Diakite was a postdoctoral fellow in the department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School, where his research focused on developing mathematical and statistical models for tuberculosis and ebola virus. He received his PhD in applied mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Diakite has coauthored several manuscripts published in peer-reviewed journals on topics including HIV, Tuberculosis, and Ebola virus.
