Greg Poorman is a Senior Research Analyst in Strategic Market Access, located in Pharmerit’s New York office. Prior to joining Pharmerit, Greg was a research associate at a major pharmaceutical company creating market access materials to support products from launch to post-LOE, supporting real world evidence studies and clinical trials, conducting literature reviews and meta-analysis, and utilizing commercial and government claims databases.
Greg also worked as a fellow at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases where he supported the team as a statistician and medical writer completing over 65 peer-reviewed manuscripts, 2 book chapters, and receiving a 2016 Cervical Spine Research Society grant and the North American Spine Society 2017 Value award. His research interests include orthopedics, CNS, pain, and health economics and outcomes research. Greg earned a BA in Biological Sciences from Cornell University and an MPH in Health Care Policy Analysis and Management from New York University.
