Cole Ayasse is an Associate Scientist in the Patient-Centered Outcomes Center of Excellence. He earned a PhD in Psychology and MS in Neuroscience from Brandeis University.
Since joining OPEN Health, Cole has worked on projects in oncology, rare disease, dementia, and migraine, that have included validating PROs, analyzing patient-reported endpoints, and regulatory support. Prior to joining OPEN Health, Cole worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher on collaborative projects between NYU School of Medicine and Brandeis University. Cole’s prior research and publications primarily aimed to understand the discrepancies between speech comprehension outcomes in audiology clinics and in everyday listening. He has worked on a variety of federally funded projects focused on older adults with a mild-to-moderate hearing impairment or on cochlear implant users.
