Caroline Seo, BS, is an Associate Scientist on the Patient-Centered Outcomes Center of Excellence located in Pharmerit International’s Bethesda, MD office. She has experience in patient-reported outcomes (PRO) research, aiding with the development and validation of PRO instruments, as well as conducting targeted literature reviews and creating global value dossiers.
Ms. Seo also has experience in the study of behavioral effects of stress in the academic setting, and studies in the field of biomimicry. Prior to joining Pharmerit she was a research assistant at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School Laboratory of Adult Development, investigating the psychosocial and neurological effects of aging. While working at this lab, she was responsible for extracting and analyzing 40-years’ worth of qualitative data, while developing strategies to enhance patient connectivity for ongoing studies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Neuroscience, from Boston College.
