Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to design and execute RWE projects
  • Accountable for achieving US Revenue targets to ensure the success of the global CoE
  • Serve as a key member of the RWE global leadership team contributing to strategic growth of the CoE including staff development, innovation and best practices that drive exceptional projects delivered on time and on budget
  • Allocate staff and other resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Mentor and develop mid-level and junior staff
  • Manage client relationships to secure project pipelines
  • Represent OPEN Health as a thought leader within the HEOR community
  • Provide scientific leadership to statistical analysis plans and study design
  • Provide high-level oversight that ensures the design, structure and delivery of projects which meet research objectives and promote client satisfaction
  • Ensure innovation and advances in RWE project delivery are identified and communicated throughout team
  • Continually advance efficiencies and optimizes effectiveness of project teams and process through best practices
  • Serve as internal and external subject matter expert on RWE projects through attendance at conferences, publications, and external relationships with key opinion leaders and the research community
  • Serve as point of contact and escalation as needed for projects and clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure reporting and other business activities of the business segment are completed according to internal systems and standards

What you’ll bring: 

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field with at least 10 years of progressive research experience in a consulting organization is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by influence and gain trust of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead in a high demand environment and pace.
  • Documented success in meeting and exceeding revenue and project completion targets
  • Strong record of publication and participation in the research community
  • Exceptional commitment to the advancement of your team through professional development and knowledge sharing
