As an HR Business Partner you are a strong communicator that is able to advise and influence individuals and teams on a range of HR issues; including organization design and development, talent planning, compensation and benefits programs, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a people focused approach that fits our values and culture with major responsibilities for the following:
- Design, develop and deliver HR solutions aligned to talent needs and employee engagement that advance business strategies and growth in tandem with growing employee satisfaction
- Manage the lifecycle of Human Resources programs including benefits and compensation benchmarks
- Lead management and maintenance of employee databases, handbooks and other systems
- Manage employee performance planning process
- Support the alignment and refinement of OPEN Health HR programs and systems
- Serve as the HR Business partner for the Leadership Team; develop and advise on reports for employees/project planning and future projections, hiring plans or other research as needed
- Manage the absense management process and cases
- Participate in Global HR projects as directed
What you will bring:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or any other related field
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, global organization highly preferred
- Broad knowledge of HR profession, knowledge of Dutch employment law and GDPR
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
- Strong negotiation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good experience with working with Works Councils
- The ability to influence and compromise
